Along with large ensemble performance, Trudy has worked within various chamber music ensembles such as Blue Brass, Queensland Youth Orchestra Chamber Ensemble, Queensland Youth Orchestra Big Band and the Queensland Conservatorium Brass Ensemble and Soloists. Within these ensembles she has had the privilege of performing alongside artists such as Tommy Emmanuel and Humphrey B. Bear. Having appeared as a solo artist with the Australian Youth Choir as well as multiple solo performances for the Brisbane City Hall Concert Series, has seen Trudy feature on both Piccolo Trumpet and the larger trumpets, performing music from early Baroque through to Modern Jazz. Trudy
Stonadge holds a Bachelor of Music from The Queensland Conservatorium
of Music and was awarded in 1999 an A.Mus.A in performance trumpet.
With an extensive list of orchestral ensemble experience including
the Queensland Youth Symphony Orchestra, Saint Andrews Sinfonia, Queensland
Conservatorium Symphony Orchestra and the Northern Rivers Symphony
Orchestra, years of dedication has produced many opportunities to
travel across Australia including premiere performances in the Sydney
Opera House.
