Michael NolanSince the late 70's, Michael has worked as both soloist and band member in many successful acts performing in Queensland, throughout Australia and in Europe.

The following year Michael spent nine months in Europe playing solos in restaurants and clubs, in Holland, France, and Scandinavia.

As a soloist, Michael has performed at many different venues, including six months as resident musician and session player for visiting artists on Brampton Island. More recently Michael has performed as resident musician at Kelly's Tavern, Anglers Arms Hotel, Riverside cantina, (Southbank) The Brisbane and Ipswich city malls, Saddles restaurant, Bentons restaurant, Kedron Wavell R.S.L and various other hotels and clubs throughout south east Queensland.

In 1995 Michael became the bass player/vocalist for one of Australian's premier show bands "Retro Tull". They became a regular act at the Woodford Folk Festival as well as many other festivals and clubs including regular performances at The Healer.

In 1997, Michael joined the popular Irish folk rock band "Scaraban" with residencies at Gillhooleys, Kelly's Tavern, Nelly Kelly's (Gold Coast) The Queensland Irish Club, O'Malley's, P.J. O'Brian's and numerous football and R.S.L. clubs in the state.
